About Our Company

RGM’s mission is to provide our tenant partners with international-standard, A-class office space.

RGM is a privately held property development and management company whose primary objective is to develop A-Class commercial property for investment purposes, to be held for the long term. RGM is based in Trinidad and Tobago. We own and operate over five hundred thousand square feet of A-class office space, including the first-ever LEED-certified building in Trinidad and Tobago. We also manage approximately 1.2 million square feet of facilities for third parties and related organisations.

RGM’s primary product is A-class office space, leased over the “medium to long term”, serviced by our organisation and tailored to our clients’ needs.

RGM primarily self-develops, owns, and operates modern, commercial office buildings and special-purpose commercial properties. These properties can be designed and customised to suit the needs of our particular clients and tenant partners. We offer a variety of solutions that can include all or a combination of the following project components:

While RGM is a “bricks and mortar” company, our development structure is fluid and always project-specific. This provides the flexibility to respond to tenant needs in the ever-evolving office and real estate sectors.

Project Development
RGM subscribes to a “segregated package” construction management model, allowing us to select independent providers/contractors for each significant project component. Outsourcing to trusted and expert consultants (from designing and constructing new projects to maintaining completed buildings) makes for a customized process that suits purpose. We rigorously select providers that are the best fit, have capacity, and have performance history. It also allows us to identify potential challenges early and act preemptively.

RGM is a privately owned company, structured as a joint venture and equally held and backed by our three shareholders’ combined experience and strength—RBC Caribbean, Guardian Life of the Caribbean, and Sagicor Financial Company.

RGM offers a variety of finance and development model options to suit the particular needs of a project and the client. As property developers, we can offer all project requirements for the entire life span of the development, including BOOT and BOLT-type arrangements.

Our projects are consistent performers, and our properties remain in demand regardless of market conditions. Our portfolio tends to maintain amongst the highest occupancy rates in the business.

RGM is committed to providing a safe working environment for all stakeholders, including our teams, clients, contractors, and other operational partners.

All our employees and contractors must adhere to RGM’s Safety Management System, which requires work processes to meet our site requirements. All personnel must be properly trained, equipped, and permitted. Incidents, such as near misses, are to be reported, investigated, and documented, and measures are implemented to avoid similar occurrences. RGM undertakes regular programmed safety and quality audits of all properties and active sites.

The key to this process is the self-regulation and oversight that RGM maintains, including having independent safety and security experts monitor our policies and procedures and address incidents in real time. We maintain dedicated on-site health and safety resources whose only job is to ensure compliance with the HSSE standards and that all works conducted on our sites are subject to strict evaluation, monitoring, and review processes.

RGM is committed to sustainable development. As the developer of the region’s first LEED-certified building, we have an advanced understanding of and clear commitment to what is required to operate sustainable and environmentally responsible real estate assets in our unique markets. All future property developments are to be sustainably designed and would be built to operate similarly.

Our operations include using materials and consumables that meet or exceed international standards for maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, and hygiene operations. Equipment functional life analyses allow us to replace older and less efficient equipment with newer, smarter, and more efficient installations.

Our buildings include solar panel installations, water recapture systems, smart systems, energy recovery systems, and EV charging stations.

Servus Facilities Management

RGM’s operations include our wholly owned subsidiary Servus Limited. Servus is a full-service integrated facility management company that operates in Trinidad and Tobago providing the full range of property maintenance and management services.

Our Clients

RGM proudly houses many of the region’s most important private and public institutions as our clients. Our client partners range from major multinationals occupying over 100,000 square feet at multiple locations to smaller professional and service-oriented firms occupying less than 5,000 square feet.
